Summit Building Services, Inc. has completed a project for a Westminster mechanical company that included cleaning the carpets and strip and waxing their tile floors. This took place at their corporate office located near the Westminster City Maryland Airport, in Westminster, Maryland. Our client is one of Maryland’s leading heating and air conditioning installation and repair company.
The vinyl composition tile (VCT) was stripped of old wax. Then 3 coats of Procter & Gamble Principal wax was applied in order to provide a hardened protective industrial finish to prevent excessive wear and tear from corporate and customer traffic. Their carpets were cleaned with hot water extraction and then a thorough bonnet cleaning to remove all the difficult remaining soil. Sagamore Mechanical was pleased with the results.
