Summit Building Services, Inc. was awarded a cleaning services contract at a Westminster-area charity. The facility is a 50,000 square foot building located by the Westminster airport.
The services consist of the phase 1 daily cleaning portion of the new addition. Phase 2 will go into effect by end of summer, when Bruchey Builders, Inc. completes the phase 2 renovation.
Summit Building Services, Inc. decided to provide an Advance Battery Powered 36 inch floor scrubber to clean the new terrazzo floor.
Summit also was awarded the post construction cleaning contract from the general contractor, Bruchey Builders, Inc. This decision was advantageous for The Arc and Summit by allowing a smooth transition from post construction cleanup to the general, over-all daily cleaning.
After the terrazzo floor was installed, Summit Building Services, Inc. sealed and waxed the resilient tile. All windows- exterior and interior, restrooms, lunchroom, activity rooms, offices and much more were cleaned and readied for move-in date by 5th of May. All deadlines were met!
