A large development corporation found a tenant for their property located at in Woodlawn MD. Summit Building Services, Inc. deployed that Friday and completed the job Sunday afternoon. The concrete floors were prepared for sealing by removing dry wall mud, oil, paint and dirt.
Summit swept the concrete with oil based sweeping compound, scrubbed the floor and scraped up adhered debris. The floor was then sealed with two coats of sealer.
