Summit Building Services would like to announce a successful completion of our one-year anniversary providing the janitorial services to an industry leader in office furniture and design. In August of 2013, our client moved into their new, beautiful space in Owings Mills. Summit Building Services was pleased to be able to complete the construction clean up and even more thrilled to be asked to stay on as their janitorial provider; performing contractual cleaning for their facility.
Maintenance of a new building is very important. Having the carpets cleaned quarterly, floors stripped and waxed twice a year and windows cleaned on a regular basis really helps not only keep the building clean; but also prolongs the life of the carpets and flooring. When a company regularly maintains their facility they catch small problems before they turn into larger, more costly ones.
