CHARLESTON, S.C. – Aug. 20, 2015 – PRLog — Steady growth is the key for Summit Building Services in the Charleston market. We have acquired three new cleaning contracts in the area since July 1st. Summit Building Services, Inc. has teamed up with a Property Services company in Ladson, SC by assisting them with construction clean up on various project as well cleaning a children’s Academy in Hanahan, SC and another Academy in North Charleson, SC. In addition, August 1st marked the start of our services for a power systems company. We are currently servicing their facility twice a week. Taking steps forward to establish these relationships is key to maintaining a positive trend for our Charleston branch.
A Mount Pleasant property service has involved us on construction projects located in downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and West Ashley. We recently completed construction clean up at a local area hospital.
Construction clean up projects provide a benchmark for any commercial cleaning company. It sets a standard that many other cleaning companies can not or will not establish.
