Summit Building Services, Inc. has recently completed scrubbing and sealing a newly construct ed building owned by a Maryland real estate group located in Middle River, MD. Our client is a full-service commercial real estate development company.
Summit swept and scrubbed 435,000 square feet of concrete floor. The concrete was then sealed with Lapidolith (sealer) to protect the concrete from future wear. An advance SC8000 Eco Flex auto scrubber was used to clean and polish the floor. Advance floor scrubbers were selected by Summit because they provide flexibility and deliver excellent results.
