(Middle River, MD) – In September 2015, Summit Building Services, Inc. cleaned the interior and exterior windows, and scrubbed the floors providing comprehensive post-construction cleanup services for a Middle River construction company. The newly constructed building consisted of 435,000 square feet of concrete.
The project consisted of multiple passes cutting through layers of remaining construction dirt and silt. The equipment used to scrub the floor was an Advance 45″ propane powered dual cylindrical brush drive on scrubber.
Summit Building Services, Inc. delivered a building free of dirt, silt, and other debris for them, suitable for occupancy and business operations. The project was completed well in advance of the Contractor/Owner turnover.
