Summit Building Services, Inc. completed scrubbing the concrete floors in Baltimore, MD. This post construction work was provided for a full service Maryland real estate development management company specializing in commercial and industrial real estate.
Summit scrubbed the floors with a propane powered Advance scrubber. A sidewinder was used to remove paint and concrete patch off the concrete. In addition to concrete floor cleaning, Summit scrubbed the floors, wiped off all utility conduit and metal piping, and vacuumed debris off the roof of the electrical and sprinkler rooms.
