On May 6, 2015 Summit Building Services, Inc. commenced the 13,965 sq ft of warehouse floor scrubbing for the first tenant relocating to Middle River, MD. Summit worked closely with management to insure the new concrete floors were thoroughly cleaned of excess dirt, grease and lots of dried dry wall.
The summit cleaning crew first swept the floor with oil based sweeping compound, then scraped of drywall and dirt off the floor. To apply the finishing touch Summit Building Services, Inc. utilized an Advance SC 750 38” battery powered auto scrubber. Summit will return to clean the additional 4,655 sq ft of office space for the new tenant within the next following weeks. That will involve interior and exterior window cleaning, strip and waxing VCT tile, and general cleaning prep for the new tenant. The remaining vacant square footage consists of 83,600 sq ft of warehouse concrete floor that Summit will scrub with a “drive on” Advance Condor Eco Flex 45” auto scrubber. Summit will also complete the remaining interior and exterior windows.
