Summit Building Services, Inc. has been awarded a post construction contract for the building located in Millersville, Maryland. Summit was also awarded post construction cleanup and the cleaning of the common area by the building owner Congressional Construction. Summit is proud to add Cardinal Financial Company to its portfolio in southern Baltimore.
