Completed Post-Construction Cleaning for Knott Mechanical Offices in Timonium

Merritt Construction recently contracted us to complete post-construction cleaning for Knott Mechanical new offices located in Timonium, Maryland. Knott will lease the property from Merritt Properties.

Summit Building Services, Inc., Currently cleans Knott Mechanical and was chosen by Merritt Construction to provide the post construction cleanup for their new location.

The services provided by Summit Building Services, Inc consisted of interior / exterior window cleaning, kitchen/break room and restroom cleaning and concrete floor preparations.
