Summit Building Services, Inc. has completed another deadline for a national contracting compant. The post construction project was located in Elkridge, Maryland. The scope of work consisted of a 100k square foot warehouse that needed to be swept and scrubbed with an Advance Condor propane powered drive on scrubber. The offices were prepared with interior and exterior window cleaning, carpets cleaned and all vinyl tile scrubbed and waxed.
