Summit Building Services, Inc. provided another post construction cleanup for one of this property development company’s many tenants, located in Hanover, MD. Our client is a Maryland based full service development company specializing in commercial and industrial real estate.
Promptly after the contract began, Summit swept the floor with oil based sweeping compound. Once the floor was thoroughly swept an Advance SC 750 auto scrubber was used to clean the warehouse floor and prepare for the new tenant to move their equipment in.
The interior and exterior windows, administrative offices, and restrooms were simultaneously cleaned.
Summit Building Services works very closely on a regular basis with the property superintendent/property manager to meet their tight deadline for site preparations.
