(Baltimore, MD) – Summit Building Services, Inc. has completed the post construction clean up for the new wholesale club located in Baltimore, MD. The initial project started in June. Summit Building Services, Inc began auto scrubbing the existing concrete floors that literally had 1 to 6 inches of dirt. Summit removed the layers of dirt and grime manually and then finished with Advance Condor propane powered scrubbers with two cylindrical brushes that deep clean surfaces.
This paved the way for the general contractor. To begin the process of renovating the existing structure (old paint factory) to what is now an operating this club.
As the completion neared Summit Building Services, Inc. was retained again to begin the process of cleaning the new concrete floors, interior and exterior windows, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, culinary prep areas, numerous pallet racks, and much more. Summit Building Services, Inc. Utilized as many as eighteen employees at one time to respond to our client’s requests.
The entire post construction cleaning process took the entire month of October. Our client’s executives were so impressed with our work, that they awarded the contractor with the highest grade ever. Summit Building Services, Inc. is proud and excited to have successfully been a partner in achieving this accolade.
