Summit Building Services, Inc. Has recently been awarded the cleaning contract for the recently renovated historic building in Fells Point Maryland. The 40,0000 square foot building is quickly filling its tenant spaces. The 4 story building renovation project with breath taking views was finally completed in early 2017.
Summit will be partnering with the property management company Workshop Development. Prior to tenants moving in Summit provided the post-construction cleanup. This made for a smooth transition to the nightly cleaning scope of work.
