Happy New Year from Summit Building Services, Inc. in South Carolina. Summit has started the winter on the right foot by signing contracts with the state if South Carolina and our first federal contract. We have also have provided construction labor for Bryd Builders, Inc., a custom home builder on Johns Island, SC.
A state Department office has award Summit Building Services, Inc. the janitorial contract for a county maintenance office. They are located in Moncks Corner, SC giving us a foot hold in a new town which will open the door for Summit to find new talent and new customers. We will be cleaning twice a week as well as providing monthly floor buffing and quarterly stripping and waxing of VCT. Summit successfully completed initial cleaning bid which required us to strip and wax 10,000 sqft of VCT, strip wax off base board left by the last cleaning service, spray buff, clean windows, dust blinds, and complete one routine clean. To say the least it was a success.
