Summit Building Services, Inc. has landed a great opportunity and a rare instance where we are required to perform seven days a week maintenance for a restaurant. Summit started servicing 4 Charleston area locations in mid July. Not only are we cleaning these locations 7 days a week, we are carpet cleaning quarterly, machine scrubbing floors quarterly, and pressure washing on an as need basis.
In most recent news Summit Building Services, Inc. acquired a new contract which started 9/10/2016. Summit Building Services will be cleaning their office in Ladson, SC. We may have had an upper hand in securing this deal because Summit Building Services’ home office is powered by solar energy!
We will keep an eye on this area to create more satisfied customers.
