Summit Building Services, Inc. just completed a project of building post construction cleanup for a Maryland real estate group in Upper Marlboro MD. They also requested for the new building post construction clean to be completed by Oct. 24th for a commercial real estate brokers meeting in order to display the building for potential sale or lease. The floors were swept & scrubbed, the exterior of the building was pressure washed, and the interior and exterior windows were cleaned. Once again Summit Building Services, Inc. meets and completes another deadline for a valued commercial property owner.
