Summit was recently awarded the post construction clean up from a properties company for the renovation project for in Hunt Valley Maryland. We finalized the cleaning contract while the post construction cleanup was being completed for the properties company. Summit provides a daytime porter Service 6 days per week in addition to providing their evening cleaning 6 days per week.
The scope of work consisted of interior and exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, dry wall dust removal from walls, as well as the cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, and break rooms.
