Summit Building Services,Inc. has been awarded the contract for cleaning the five recently built condominiums in Reistertown, MD. Summit Building Services, Inc. will provide daily cleaning of the hallways, common areas, lobbies, elevators, and trash removal.
Some of the scope of work will consist of striping and waxing floors, pressure-washing designated areas, carpet cleaning, ceramic floor scrubbing, and window cleaning.
The complex is a 55 and over residential community. The Board of Directors conducted an extensive search of building cleaning companies. They meticulously researched each proposal and chose Summit Building Services, Inc. based on past experience, our ability to respond to immediate requests with a sense of urgency, and attention payed towards customer service. “Your residents are ours”!!!!!
