(Halethorpe, MD) – Summit Building Services, Inc. has completed a joint project with a national property management company. Summit and the management company worked together in offering post move cleanup projects for a manufacturer located in Halethorpe, Maryland.
Summit Building Services’ role consisted of complete warehouse cleanup after relocating their entire tire inventory to their new location in Middle River, Maryland.
Summit also burned off thousands of feet of yellow concrete stripping with propane produced high heat. This process was used to prepare the concrete floor for tenant turnover. Additionally, the floors were swept thoroughly and the restrooms and lunchrooms were prepared for a new tenant prospect.
