As fall approaches, Summit Building Services, Inc. continues to expand in new locations, sales, and customer retention. Summit is making it’s presence known down town. We will begin cleaning an entire floor of 111 S Calvert St by providing a day porter, five days a week. We are always looking to establish our footprint in new places, and downtown is the perfect place to kick start business.
Please wish us luck on out Oct. 1st start date. With these new customers, it is evident that our Baltimore market is exploding. A prime example is when Summit Building Services’ received the Management award for cleaning their corporate headquarters in Lutherville, Md. This contract is a statement that Summit Building Services is a heavy hitter in the cleaning business.
New contracts are great!! They boost morale and ensure Summit’s continued business. Getting them is the easy part, but keeping your customers satisfied is the real battle. Without positive references and a strong customer base, the growth we have seen in the past few months wouldn’t be possible.
