Summit Building Services, Inc. worked with Chesapeake Real Estate, Arco Construction and Amazon to keep the warehouse concrete floors clean. This 200,000 square foot building is located in Edgewood. We used excellent, reliable equipment such as a drive on Propane powered Advance Proterra Sweeper, Advance 650 battery powered Autoscrubber and a walk Behind battery powered Advance sweeper. All of this equipment assisted our crew in maintaining this fulfillment center that was built by Arco Construction and managed by Chesapeake Real Estate Group.
It was especially difficult in working around and with the concrete joint sealers. As the concrete joints were being sealed Summit Building Services, Inc. cleaned the excess sealer off the floors as it was scraped/burned off. We then disposed of the excess sealer and then continued to keep the floors scrubbed.
Working in a Pandemic environment made it even more challenging. Despite this setback once again Summit Building Services, Inc. met the project’s completion deadline.
Summit Building Services, Inc. worked around all the construction in progress keeping all 200,000 square feet of warehouse concrete floor clean. We worked diligently around Amazon personnel and Arco Subcontractors while they constructed and erected a “state of the art” conveyor sorting procurement center.
