Charleston is cooling down and so has our sales push. We have been too busy impressing our clients! Several local property groups have been utilizing Summit’s unique ability to complete construction clean up and demolition services.
- Charleston where we have been rehabbing a historic home
- Charleston consisting of multiple emergency construction clean up mobilizations
- Mount Pleasant consisting of multiple emergency construction clean up mobilizations
- Charleston included construction clean up for Roper Saint Francis’ new downtown location
- Charleston required us to install new sheet rock around a new door frame and emergency construction clean up.
The month of October is the 1 year mark for Summit’s Charleston operations. It has been an exciting start and will hopefully be the beginning of a successful and profitable expansion
