We did construction clean up for a retail chain that opened in Moncks Corner, SC. We cleaned all the windows which had Stucco all over them. We used soft scrubbing pads and goo-gone cleaning chemicals to remove the foreign debris from the windows without scratching them. We wiped all the surfaces down using damp rags and buckets of water. We finished off each surface with multi purpose pledge cleaning chemical to remove and lingering residue and to leave all the surfaces shining. Lastly we used our Castex 20in walk behind auto scrubber to scrub the concrete floors and sealed the concrete using a watered down Zep floor wax to evenly cover the entire floor and leave it with a matted finish.
The job was for a health construction company. They specialize in expedient restaurant build outs. They called us the same day they needed us to start cleaning. Unfortunately, their original cleaning service backed out but lucky for them and us, they got a my number from a Harbor Construction superintendent who was working next door. We finished the the job in a two-day period which left R.A Health Construction, Inc. Satisfied. Hopefully we will have more pictures and another epic story for the new Starbucks which is opening on Daniel Island, SC in 2018.
